Telangana

Telangana is 29th state of India .
It is the newly state formed on June 2nd 2014.It is also the 12th largest and populated state with population of
more than 35.19 million and covers 114,840 Sq km of area.
Each year 2nd of June is celebrated as Telangana Formation Day.
Originally Telangana was a part of Nizams empire .
But in 1948 Nizams rule ended and in 1953 Telangana was merged with the Andhra Pradesh to form a big state .
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana currenty have a common Capital Hyderabad.
Hyderabad will remain the joint capital for both the states for ten years.
Telugu is the native language spoken here.

Among these Ranga Reddy is mostly populated district whereas Mahbubnagar is the largest district and Hyderabad
is the smallest.
Even though Hyderabad is the smallest district, it receives the most tourist activity.
Climate
Telangana has very hot and dry kind of Climate. Summers start in March and may is the hottest month.
Monsoon arrives in June. November- February has dry winter climate.
